Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders for agricultural drones and related products are processed within 5-7 working days. We use Bob Go as our courier company.

Shipments are made on weekdays, and the courier company will communicate delivery details with you. Please note that during periods of high order volume, delays may occur. We will keep you informed about any such delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Method

  • Standard: 5-7 business days, cost calculated at checkout.
  • Heavy Goods (appropriate for agricultural drones): 5-7 business days, cost calculated at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes as the courier requires a signature upon delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SkyFarmers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

SkyFarmers is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of South Africa.
