Refund Policy for SkyFarmers
Return Policy
SkyFarmers offers a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your agricultural drone or related product to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unflown, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@skyfarmers.co.za. Please send returns to: SkyFarmers (Pty) Ltd, 10 Rabie Street, Technopark, Unit 12, Vanderbijlpark, 1900, South Africa.
Upon accepting your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted. Contact us with questions about specific items.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item, and after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds and Inspection
Given the high-value nature of agricultural drones, which are products designed to fly, refunds will only be offered following a thorough inspection. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.
